My name is Kimberly. I am from Rhode Island. This is my husband, Vincent, and I wouldn’t be here today getting this facelift and neck lift surgery or had this journey if it wasn’t for him. From the time I was young, I call it the curse. My father had a double chin. My grandmother had a double chin. My aunts had one too, and they would all tease me. You know, as a young child, they’d say, “Someday you’re going to look like this.” And I did get that double chin. I never really felt confident with it. It always bothered me. “I do not have enough words to express my joy with Dr Ho and her artistry! A couple of months ago, at the recommendation of a dear friend, I met with Dr. Ho to discuss options for my eyes in particular. For the past five years or so, I had developed permanent dark circles and bags under my eyes (despite more than adequate amounts of sleep) and my eyelids were starting to look very hooded. Dr Ho was incredibly thorough during our consultation, clearly and plainly explaining her suggestions. Her demeanor is friendly and absolutely genuine. Furthermore, she is conservative with her approach so she will not try to “sell” you on something you don’t need….just keeping her eye on making you look your natural best!
After my consultation, I decided to proceed with her recommendation of an eyebrow lift, upper/lower blepharoplasty (eyelids), facial fat transfer and laser resurfacing. My surgery went beautifully. Now is the best time to mention that Dr. Ho’s bedside manner has the perfect balance of calm, nurture and confidence. Not once did I feel frightened or concerned in her capable hands. Additionally, she made herself available during the post-op period (still does) for any questions, concerns, etc., always responding in a timely manner!
Just a little over two months after surgery and I am already completely healed. Honestly, I was in great shape one month in but now you cannot even tell that I had anything done! All people notice is that “something” is different, I look “refreshed” and….the best one…..you look ten years younger! What is your secret??? My secret is Dr. Tina Ho and I don’t mind telling everyone because if you are looking to refresh your look, this is a name you definitely need to know!”

Amazing! Dr. Ho and her team were supportive of me throughout the entire experience.

I had lower blepharoplasty with facial fat transfer to remove my heavy under eye bags.

At my initial consultation she was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She allowed me ask questions and was be to provide answers to all my questions. Her demeanour was professional and friendly which allowed me to feel safe moving forward with my procedure.

Another important factor in my decision is Dr. Ho’s experience working with people of color. As a Black woman I recognize that our skin is thicker on certain parts of our bodies as well as the higher probability of scarring or developing keloids. She has experience with dark skin and made decisions for my benefit and for the good of my skin type.

Immediately following my procedure I had direct access to Dr. Ho and she contacted me each day ensure my healing was still going smoothly.

After multiple consultations with different doctors, I found my ideal surgeon in Dr Ho! I felt comfortable with Dr. Ho based on her expert, transparent explanation of the procedure she knew would get me the best result for my cosmetic goals. I also trust her based on her own life experiencing healing from reconstructive surgery – finding an empathetic doctor who knew how to work with my Asian features was so much more than I had ever hoped for when I started this journey. She performed a deep neck lift on me, including jaw contouring lipo. I’m so happy with my results so far, which were important for me to see before I get married later this year.

Her office staff were also so helpful! There were a few admin and communication challenges with other doctors I saw along the way and her team patiently helped me until the issues were resolved, which involved many phone calls and follow ups.

I’m a 2 hour drive away from Dr. Ho’s office but will be returning for any future facial procedures I might want to pursue.

Dr. Ho is amazing! She completed an upper eyelid lift for me a couple of years ago which turned out amazing! I also see her for regular Botox for my forehead and outer eyes. Jen at her Wayne office has also done two out of three cryo laser facials which have really helped with smoothing the texture of my skin due to acne scars. I’ve seen Dr. Ho a few times for Botox and filler and she’s the best! She listens carefully to what you want and then creates a personalized treatment plan. She uses a natural and conservative approach which gives phenomenal end results and leaves you looking refreshed and rejuvenated. I have been using Dr Ho for my filler and botox injections for many months now. Having someone very good in the City was so much more convenient for me than driving to the suburban office. I’m lucky to have found Dr Ho. She is as kind as can be, takes all the time that is needs to discuss her suggestion, shows you on a paper face where she feels fillers and botox are needed, has always been on time and most important of all does a fantastic job!
